I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city, although housekeeping could improve as the room was not cleaned until later in the day. The service was friendly and helpful, despite needing a bit more cheerfulness from the staff. Its location was superb, within walking distance of Xintiandi and close to many important places of interest, with all necessary amenities nearby. The dining experience was okay, with a limited menu selection, but there were nearby food options available. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a comfortable stay at a hotel in Guangzhou with spacious rooms and larger toilets compared to other options. The service, especially thanks to Nina the front desk manager, was exceptional and professional. The location was brilliant, close to shopping, transportation, and restaurants. The dining experience had limited breakfast options, but the facilities were top-notch.
